J-Sphere Pick-to-Light Control System
J-Sphere Pick-to-Light is a software control system for AIOI’s pick-to-light hardware lamps. It is fully configurable and can work in serial as well as parallel picking and putting modes. It can be deployed in mid to large warehouses to increase the efficiency where manual picking or putting operations are performed. The control system not only controls the AIOI’s lamps, it also captures all the picking/putting data with tack times to track and optimize the picking/putting operations. It provides an interface with the PLC system to receive pick/put lists.
