What will you be doing? Content Collaboration & Development

• Collaborate with developers and executive team to understand our technical solutions and translate them into compelling marketing content

• Coordinate the creation of blogs, case studies, and thought leadership content by working with subject matter experts

• Develop presentation decks and marketing collateral that clearly communicate our value proposition

• Understand the business and market perspectives of our technical solutions to create impactful messaging

Website & Digital Presence

• Manage website content updates in coordination with our website maintenance vendor

• Ensure all digital platforms reflect current service offerings and company achievements

• Implement SEO best practices to improve our digital visibility

• Track and analyze website and digital content performance

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Assist in developing and executing our marketing strategy across multiple channels

• Implement campaigns for lead generation, branding, and cross-selling/up-selling to existing clients

• Create targeted marketing materials for specific industries and service offerings

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business development goals

Account Management Support

• Create customized marketing materials for key accounts

• Develop content for account-based marketing campaigns

• Support the nurturing of existing client relationships through targeted communications

• Gather success stories and testimonials from current clients

Social Media & Event Marketing

• Manage our company's social media presence with a focus on LinkedIn

• Create engaging content highlighting our projects, expertise, and company culture

• Identify relevant industry events and conferences for participation

• Prepare marketing materials for event representation

What we need from you: Required Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical teams

• Basic understanding of data technology concepts or willingness to learn

• Experience with creating marketing materials and presentations

• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media management

• Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them for business audiences

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with presentation and design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Background or interest in technology, data science, or related fields

• Experience with content management systems (Wix preferred)

• Knowledge of SEO principles

• Experience with email marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with using AI tools for content creation

• Prior experience in B2B marketing

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies and marketing approaches

Note: While this is structured as an entry-level position, we are also open to more experienced professionals, including senior marketing leaders.
