What will you be doing? Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Maintain comprehensive lead tracking systems ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Qualify prospects through research using LinkedIn, Apollo, and company websites

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo

  • Identify and participate in relevant industry events to generate high-quality leads

Sales Process Management
  • Manage meetings with leads and existing clients to explore potential partnerships
  • Address inquiries related to our services and staff augmentation offerings

  • Present our technical capabilities effectively to prospects

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping and proposal development

Resource Alignment
  • Understand client technical requirements for resource augmentation opportunities

  • Work with internal teams to identify suitable developer profiles matching client needs

  • Coordinate developer profiles updating and interview scheduling

  • Maintain skills matrix and resource allocation information

Account Management
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular engagement

  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within current accounts

  • Conduct client satisfaction reviews to ensure service quality

  • Generate referral leads through strategic account management

Reporting & Analysis
  • Track and analyze sales metrics and KPIs

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on joint initiatives

What we need from you:  Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts related to data services

  • Experience with sales tools and CRM systems

  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar prospecting tools

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Prior experience selling IT services or technical solutions

  • Understanding of resource augmentation business models

  • Familiarity with data science and engineering terminology

  • Experience with technical proposal development

  • International business development experience

Qualifications

  • 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Marketing

  • Fresh graduates with Computer Science background and Master's in Sales/Marketing are welcome

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning
